365 continued

I have said this before, but I am truly enjoying my 365 project. Some days I have a hard time picking out a picture, and others I have many to choose from that I want to use. But I am creating memories :)

My sister had texted me that it was brutally cold. I did not believe her. She was right, I should have listened. Even the kids broke down and complained about how cold they were. He was having fun though.

He wanted to be like his big brother, and was trying to hang in the tree like a monkey. But he got stuck. I had to take a picture of it to torture him with when he is older. He was fine. Actually not the first time he, or even his brothers have been stuck on that same branch.

He was super excited I rescued Optimus Prime from the roof where his brother had thrown it.

Tomorrow is Bon Jovi....sure would be nice to get some shots of that....

2013 CM Monthly Challenge: Food Photography

Here we are again. This month's blog circle challenge is focused on Food Photography. Which would seem pretty simple, but it is so not. Trying to capture food in a way to tell a story and make it seem appetizing is not easy. And when you have 4 children who constantly demand your attention, remembering to snap pictures while cooking, well....it doesn't happen in my house :). I finally decided to take a day and capture what I ate at each meal.....so here goes.

Well....I must confess. One of these I did not actually eat. Can you guess which one?

Enjoying my 365....

I have been debating what I am going to do with all of my pictures once I am all done with this project. I had thought about doing a photo book at the end of the year, and then thought about how I have so few actual printed pictures. So this week when I was home with a sick child, I decided to print off what I have already done so far. I am pretty excited about this project that is documenting my family's life this year :) So now to this week.....

It appears she does not approve of her brother's piano playing skills....

So happy this playset is up!
